"I had to use them again to touch up my couch because they did such a good job last time! I also had them clean my carpets this time. Bruce did a great job! He was polite, kind and very thorough! I am very pleased with the results. He was here on time and did the carpet and couch in about 2 hours. The carpet was almost dry in about 4 hours and completely dry in about 7 hours. It was whiter and softer than before. Steam cleaning is the only thing I will do from now on. I will definitely use them again in 6 months.
